Production and fitting

Once you approve, the profiles are produced in our own facility and our team completes the installation on site.

Novo Glaze is the aluminium joinery brand of the Ottonext Group, founded on more than 20 years of family experience in facade systems. We run design, production and installation in house and process 165,000 kg of aluminium profile and sheet a year in our 1,000 m² facility.

Which systems do you produce?
Aluminium window, door, sliding and folding systems, along with winter gardens, solar shading, railings, curtain walls, sheet and composite cladding and ventilated facade systems. Insulated and uninsulated series are selected according to the needs of the project.
What should I look for when choosing glass?
Three things decide it: a low-e coating and gas filling for thermal insulation, an asymmetric build with panes of different thickness for acoustic insulation, and laminated glass for safety. The orientation of the facade and the local climate also change the answer, so we decide the glazing together at the quotation stage.
Which colours do you produce?
Our standard production is electrostatic powder coating in RAL colours. For special colours, textures and finishes we review the request project by project.
Do you handle bespoke projects and custom production?
Yes. Because we take on design, engineering, production and installation together, we can produce non-standard sizes and details. Send us your architectural project and our technical team will work out a solution that can be built.
How does the quotation process work?
Filling in the form is enough. Measurements, drawings or photos speed things up. Once our technical team has settled the system and the glazing, we send you the price offer.
